A seasonal espresso project with a rotating, single-country focus from Central or South America. Elevate is complex with a sweet acidity and velvety mouth-feel. Crisp apples and caramel sweetness make for the perfect pairing with milk.

A perennial filter classic, we use the Brooklyn blend as our go-to coffee of the day. Brimming with flavors of creamy cocoa, sweet toffee, and rich dried fruits, this offering brews beautifully on the French Press at home and is equally tasty with or without milk.

This fully washed coffee is more subtle than the naturals Roger produces at Finca San Francisco, but easily as delicious. We taste plump concord grapes, spiced apple cider, graham cracker, milk chocolate, orange zest, and molasses - equally delicious as filter coffee or espresso.

This coffee comes from Fazenda Rio Brilhante, a sprawling farm in Brazil's Cerrado Mineiro founded by Inácio Urban in the 1980s. Coração de Melão means "heart of melon" in Portuguese, signifying the sweet, tender center of the fruit. Fittingly, we're finding a dense sweetness reminiscent of milk chocolate and roasted hazelnut along with subtle notes of dried apple, pear, papaya, and honeydew, all in a heavy, full-bodied cup.

Our most developed, deepest roast, Manhattan is full-bodied and rich, with dark chocolate notes, marzipan, and the syrupy sweetness of molasses.

The newest addition to our mainstay lineup, Jumpstart is a versatile blend of Latin American coffees with a rich, decadent flavor profile. Jumpstart is full-bodied, with caramel sweetness and notes of Jordan almond and poached pear.

Making cold brew at home just got a lot easier! Each single-use pouch contains 3oz of pre-ground coffee specifically for cold brew. One pouch fits perfectly in your favorite brewing vessel to create a delicious cold brew overnight in your fridge.

Our flagship espresso at our original Williamsburg shop and roastery is now Certified Organic. Bedford is comprised of two of our oldest sourcing relationships, the coffees from which merge together to create an incredibly delicious and complex experience. Look for ripe stone fruits, citrus brightness, and a beautifully syrupy body.

Just like its architectural namesake, this espresso is a true New York classic. We crafted this blend specifically for NYC's go-getters. Expect flavors of dark chocolate, praline, and dates to shine through in your favorite espresso drink.

Our second and final Burundian coffee of the season comes from Gahahe.
This fully washed lot is an excellent rendering of flavors we've come to love in East Africa. Look for a warm and complex cup with immaculate clarity and layered sweetness - we taste cranberry, golden raisin, dried fig, honey, brown sugar, orange peel, and lovely, subtle florals.

Decaffeinated using mountain water to create a naturally sweet and round coffee, beginning with a subtle malt flavor, enhanced with a creamy body and rich notes of white chocolate and ending with a soft acidity and golden raisin on the finish.

This is our first Kenyan offering in several years and we’re excited to be working with Rockbern Coffee, a relatively new exporter founded by third-generation coffee producer Peter Muchiri. This lot carries all the signatures of an excellent Kenyan coffee. Notes of blackberry, clementine, pomegranate, and golden raisin meet subtle tones of molasses and ginger in a high clarity, dynamic cup.

Our friends at Los Volcanes return to our menu with another lovely Brazilian coffee produced in collaboration with Fazenda Rio Brilhante. This is an excellent choice for both filter coffee and espresso, enjoyed with milk or without. Expect a full-bodied coffee with comforting notes of milk chocolate, hazelnut, almond, caramel, pear, and raspberry.

El Ramo is comprised of seasonally rotating lots from some of our closest and most favorite producers in Colombia. The result is a beautiful offering that is blended to maintain an exceptionally sweet and approachable profile all year round.
